(March 6, 2008—HOUSTON) Hüper Optik USA, a leader in the North American window film and energy solutions industry, recently acquired a new distributorship in the Northeastern Region, SAGR Products International, which will service existing dealers and will introduce the Hüper Optik Dealer Network Program and product line to approximately 30 to 40 new dealers in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont. “We are proud of our new business collaboration with an organization of the quality and caliber of SAGR, a well-known industry leader in offering window film solutions to consumers throughout the northeast,” said Hüper Optik President and CEO Faisal Nazir. “SAGR brings to this collaboration a wealth of knowledge on business practices and customer service, with a demonstrated commitment to putting dealers first, “ adds Nazir. The collaboration is official, and expected to take effect for order processing on or before April 1.
